When Can I Cancel My Order?
- Before Processing: If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can cancel it for free. Simply go to your account, find your order in the Orders section, and click Cancel Order.
- After Processing: Once your order has been processed and is on its way, it can no longer be canceled.
What to Do If the Order Is Already Shipped
If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to wait for it to arrive and then initiate a return. You can find instructions for returning items in the Returns & Refunds section of our help center.
